Power Regen Question

I know this question has been asked many times before and I apologize for repeating it.

I just wanted to confirm that as of the latest Live Update, 2 Battlement of the Mind items do not stack.

A friend just got a second one and was wondering if they stack, but Live Update 11 says that they no longer stack.
