Oath Strike - Ever an update?

Just wondering, is there an update to this skill later on? Its quite a high damage attack and im thinking of getting it made Adept 3. Maybe a training upgrade?

It's upgraded by Sworn Strike (at level 42 iirc)

I went with Oath Strike as my #1 adept III and it's very sweet, and it outdamages Sworn Strike adept I for a little while (pre-combat revamp). There is a training upgrade for it, but I much prefer the Blessed Aid training upgrade (Renar).
