40-50 spell upgrade...

I have one rare stone harvest from Tier 5, and was wondering what spell I should get in adept 3. I'm currently level 52. Looking over the spells ahead of me through to 60, I don't see an AE taunt upgrade. And don't see a single target taunt upgrade until 59. So what should I upgrade? Is there any other spells besides those 2 you would suggest? Thanks.

There are a lot of posts on this subject - may want to do a search in the SK forums for 'upgrade' or something like that. Don't forget you get another Master II option at level 54 - most SKs seem to choose Blasphemy (our AoE taunt / disease MIT debuff) - and was my choice, too. Despoiling Mist is a good T5 to upgrade - if you have no other T5 skills upgraded yet, that would be my advice.

Definately get blasphemy first, it helps more than it looks, then if you dont have it go despoiling mist, that spell is a saviour, after that, lets see, i think i chose my pet, but i got him master 1 shortly after i got him adept 3 lol, my ward is still adept 3 and my single target lifetap is master 2, so just go for siphon strength or might whatever we got in the 40's might be a good one, soulrend would be nice but i mainly use it for damage since stun is only like 2 seconds, but then again a stun is a stun, then after that just go whatever you want

If you are going to choose Blasphemy as your Master II then using your rare on it is essentially cutting the lifespan of your Adept III to 2 levels.i think i chose my petPlease don't listen to this - your pet gets upgraded in two more levels from Cursed Sacrament (40) to Infernal Sacrament (54). If you got this rare when you were level 40 I would chalk this up to differing opinions, but as you are level 52 now, this is pure nonsense. My advice is upgrade the spells that don't recieve any upgrades at this time. Dispoiling mist is a good choice, then if you get another rare maybe look at unholy strength, the upgrade isn't huge but it is group wide on uping strength and stamina, blasmphy I wouldn't upgrade, but choose as your 54 master II (aggro is our greatest weakness right now IMO). Then upgrade the damage spells, AOE would be my first choice.

Thanks all, looks like I'll be getting despoiling mist then as there is no upgrade for it until maybe the expansion.
