I just had to post this experience I had the other day - interpret it however you like... I was in CT finishing up my SM HQ (yes I'm lagging I know), and even at 57, things still con in there. There are two rooms opposite each other, and in each spawns a Thulian Frightfiend or a Thulian Terrorfiend, and I had to fight these mobs over and over while doing the quest. Now these mobs aren't terribly hard - they take a little bit of time for a green ^^^ heroic, but that's mainly because of the stun/knockback they love throwing out. Anyway, to buy myself some time to get my reactive up and debuff etc etc before I got stunned, I was using my snare first, but I thought I'd try a different tactic by pulling with my skele, just to see what the results would be. I have Master I skele, and Master I for all my taunts except Blasphemy which is Master II. Most of the rest of my lineup is now Adept III or Master I, with a few Adept Is where I'm waiting for the masters (hopefully). The first time I pulled, it went off without a hitch - skele turned him completely, I got my reactive up and just for kicks used my hex doll to turn him - the skele stood up to the attacks and was still doing DPS after I grabbed the aggro myself. I couldn't tell if the fiend used his stun on the skele instead of me, resetting the usage timer I imagine it runs on, but that would be a nice advantage of using the skele to pull vs my snare. The next pull left me scratching my head... Same thing happened, pulled with my skele, got my reactive up, and instead of using my hex doll, went to work right off the bat. I got my reactive up and then used my STR tap, which I thought for sure would turn the fiend to aggro me. Nothing doing. Oh well, once I ran up into melee range and started getting in melee and various spells and CAs off. My regular lineup did nothing - the aggro was STILL on the skele! So, not wanting to lose the full potential DPS of the skele by having it die (by this time it was taking a decent beating), I laid in with my taunts - again let me stress, Master I/II taunts - and NOTHING would pull that mob off my skele. I didn't take aggro til it was dead. This just left me scratching my head. After a few more successful 'pet pulls', followed by a repeat of the same bewildering Skele Aggro King scenario, I stopped using this approach altogether. Don't really know what to think about it LOL.

iv'e had the same fun with my skelly : ) i cant get agro off anything lol ; ) i helped a level 43 paladin out with a named and i was 53 at the time , i couldn't get the named off the pally and he almost died , i used HT and resue and i held off on FD till the end but the pally managed to survive the fight , even tho i wasted the whole fight tuanting instead of doing damage so basicly the pally probably could have soloed the named , also with a low lvl bruiser i think a level 45 when i was 53 forget about getting agro , Necro pet's ? Nah can't get agro off them either so as Soe says Whateva your working as intended
