![]() 12pp for Provoking Stance back when T6 masters were really rare. Spent 10pp for Retribution and between 7-9 pp for most of my others. There doesn't seem like there's that many high level Bruisers on Permafrost, so if something is going for 10+ I can usually wait or haggle them down to 7 or 8. Most I ever sold a Master was for 18pp for the Rogue level 58 offensive stance. The guy bought it from the Qeynos broker and was shocked when I stepped in my inn room and saw it sold for 18pp offline with that kind of tax. For my bro's necro, I spent 20pp for server first Arch Lich Master 1 and would probably pay 20pp for Savage Frenzy, too. -Kald, 70 Bruiser Permafrost |

I spent 8pp for my level 68 Master Vigorous Spirit. I refuse to pay anything over 10pp per master spell. It's just stupid to spend more than that, specially when you can get the adept III's for 3 - 5pp.

its not having one master making the difference, its having all masters that change your character....

It's not really about the difference from going Adept 3 to Master 1 for most CAs, it's that once you hit 70 and have good equipment, there's nothing left to spend money on to improve your character but Masters. All the good (would be expensive) drops are from raids and are Lore No-Trade, so there's really no point in having 100pp in the bank. -Kald, 70 Bruiser Permafrost |

Most I've spent was 20pp on Blistering fists, but got most of my masters for under 10pp. Actually, I think fists were the only master I got for over 10pp. Some of my masters are droped too, like onehundred hand punch, savage bruising, tenacious will, and some others I can't think of atm...

20pp on Eye Gash. For me, the rule of thumb is 70s = 20pp. 61-69 = 15pp.Finnster

![]() I go very similar to this, i usually spend 10-15 on most of them. I will spend up to 20 for something major. I don't see what the big deal is about paying alot for masters? Its so much easier to make money then to spend it in the high game. After you have all ad3s, and most of the legendary gear out there what else is there to spend money on besides masters, food/drink, and repairs?

a few hours of hunting T7 crap you bring home some nice change in vendor trash. Artisans are money sinks now. Except prov, my prov friend makes a good bit. On my server thou there are few TSers who make decent money doing it. Sanctum legendary loot used to be good money but now its kinda common. Making alot money IMO is about finding something and using it before others catch on and it either gets nerfed or worn to hell (like are price dropping, mobs with decent loot whos value downgrades)

![]() most ive paid was probably 15, Blistering Fists. Although I would be willing to pay more for Savage Bruising and about the same for Eye Gash. Nothing else is really worth that much besides those 3 imo. and yea it must suck to be a wizzy... ice nova and now fusion... theyre so [Removed for Content] high

5p for Battle Lust in T6 was my high. My Guild has a nice "pay-it-forward" system setup where most members dump Masters in the Vault and then can remove a like number of their own type Masters as other deposit them. I've gotten nearly all my Masters this way and highly suggest it to other Guilds as well.

![]() yea bruisers can make a lot... any class(preferred 70) that can solo well and plays there class well can. The top 10 on each server these days is aprox 400 p-1k p+, some are guild banks, others are storage mules for farming teams, and the rest(seems like a majority) are just normal players who know how to make plat easily. When expansions come out, theres always some good makings in starting off harvesting(something id never do, even though it can make good pay). So those that hit the level cap first that are to lazy to harvest themselves go to the market and see some of the first rares being sold, of course theyre going to be high, and well... sometimes players are just stupid too and actually buy them at that time. Another way is to just notice where the good farming spots are, the lower the numbers you have doing it the better. Without luck(having extremely expensive masters dropping), if you know exactly what your doing, you can make around 100p in just 3 days, but theres many things required as mentioned above. (Any class that can solo well, well geared, all adept III spells and above, lvl 70 and knowlege of what makes easy money, TIME, competitive, etc.) Message Edited by Lizardling on 04-03-200611:09 AM |

Most I've paid was 22g, for Rescue. I'm only level 49 and have few Master1s though.

![]() My wife hated EQ1 a ton. She's not fond of EQ2 either for that matter. Though I had to point out to her after I quit EQ1 and before EQ2 that I am just a gamer. I would still play games (maybe not as much, and single player games have that whole pause thing going on) no matter what game it was. She knew that when she got with me and that won't change. She is more then happy to sit downstairs and watch TV while I play, so she is in no way less addicted to TV then I am to this game I also pointed out that I WILL come and watch TV occasionally with her to be with her.. but she will not come upstairs and play EQ2 to be with me.. not very fair in my opinion.:smileywink: Whenever she asks me to stop playing EQ2, I will recommend she not watch TV as well and we just hang out with eachother. We will spend a couple days just hanging out, neither of us playing EQ2 or watching TV, but eventually she breaks down realizing she is missing her "shows". Then I win and get to play again with my point proven.... or so I like to think :smileytongue:. |
