I just hit level 20 the other day and i now get to choose my new training. yaaaa. I was hoping for some input from higher level bruisers on what training will be most effective in the long term and what will be more effective in the short term. I personally have been leaning towards the focused strike upgrade with the debuff attached. Seems cool enough plus i use the skill all the time to pull aggro. Any posts are much appreciated.

They get an upgraded Focused strike that debuffs, upgrade bruising strike that costs less health (so it says, i believe its incorrect though, upgraded feign death that has a better chance and the last one is shoulder charge that inflicts more damage. No stifle from what i found here http://www.eq2arcanum.com/db/Training.php

Hmm ok then, still havent made a descision. Any other people have any input. I know what each trait "says" it will do, and they all seem useful, but i would just like some first hand knowledge from higher level bruisers. thanks for the replies btw

Go with groms fierce uppercut. I picked it, and you get an ability at lvl 31.5, which is supposed to take its place, and it isnt nearly as good as it. You get an attack, much better than focus strike, which takes its place, I cant see any reason to pick another ability.

I was well beyond these skills when they were introduced, so they never really had much importance to me as they were replaced by higher level skills. But if I were to level from 20 and forward again I'd prolly get Groms, provided it works as intended.
