Wu parts drop from the bosses in Crypt of Valdoon and Obelisk of Blight.

Not sure where else they may drop.

i personally got the boots from obelisk boss and tonight i got the shoulders from the butler named in catacombs. few others in the forums have claims the gloves dropped in keledim (sp) and the forearms drop in valdoon but i haven't seen them yet

Added items: Fist of Insanity, Leggings of the Master, Nail Spiked Fistwraps, Hoop of the Zealot, Chel'Drak's Ring, Drakescale Gorget, Shoulder Pads of the Renegade, Shoulderpads of Suffering, Gloves of the Indomitable, Skullcap of Perception, Wu's Fighting Slippers, Wu's Fighting Sleeves, Wu's Fighting Cap, Wu's Fighting Armguards, Wu's Fighting Wraps, Auditor of Silence, Claw-bound Diadem, Leggings of the Scrapper, Bracers of Brawling, Sash of the Spurned, Mantle of the Striker.

I can verify that the slippers drop in the Obilesk of Blight and the armwraps drop in the Crypt of Valdoon. Any ideas on the BP and Legs?

Class Legs generally drop in Castle Mistmoore, named before Dhampyre I believe.

And following is not class BP but nice leather:

Is this posting for Specifically Monk/Bruiser gear, or gear that they and other classes may be able to wear? Crushbone Legionnaire Cloak drops in Crushbone, I got it from the Captain in the Emperor's Private Room... Very nice Legendary haste cloak!

Confirming that Wu's sleeves drop from the epicx2 bird in Mistmoore Catacombs. Note that a single group of level 70's can easily dispatch of this mob.
