I just got this at 44.  Should I be using this over Whispering Blessing for my Offensive stance?  I rarely use the defensive one.

I have a monk alt, and I use it occasionally, but it all depends on what you're doing.  If you want to max dps, then stay with whispering blessing, as it is your offensive stance.  Spider is pretty much an in between stance, it gives half the benefite of the offensive and defensive stances, with no penalty.  In a group, I pretty much start with offensive stance, and if I'm tanking and the healers are having problems, I'll switch to spider stance, and then defensive if they still have problems.  Pretty much depends on the group you have and what your role is in the group.

@ 70 when I solo SOS names, spider stance works best. Defensive isn't enough DPS and Offensive you take to much dmg :smileyhappy:

I sadly never use BW. If im tanking it's full defensive, but soloing I find it much more effective to "stance dance". IE...pull mob in off. stance, unload chain stuns/all attacks, then fear and swap out to defensive stance until my stuns refresh.

I duo with a fury mostly.  I start in offensive but if I'm taking too much dmg I'll switch to the mixed stance (spider/black widow).  I find it's a nice mix that works for most mobs.  If it's a named or particularly tough heroic I'll use defensive.
