What is the point in making the effect on the Excarnate Rickshaw 25 minutes? It was 2 minutes. It removes hostile stifle/root/fear/daze/stun. This is a rediculous change, that wasn't posted anywhere.

PvP changes are NOT supposed to affect normal server.

For an out right balance its probably added to everyone. With that proc you have something there similar to a cure - thats a healers job not the wielder (dont know what kind of weapon it is though so I'm guessing here)

It is not weapon but a head slot item. This is a totally unalled for change on PvE servers. It is in no way unbalancing and one of the things that tipped the scale as to whether to spend the points on this item over the other choices. It is really getting old to have these ninja nerfs occuring to items after you have spent the time and or points to acquire them. IT REALLY NEEDS TO STOP! The nerfs are annoying enough without having them try and slide them in with no notice.

I agree this is completly over the top, such a long timer just to remove stuns, roots, stifles etc. And to top it off ninja nerf it. 2mins -25 is a hugh difference there is no disputing that

![]() 25 is quite bad. I dare say it's high enough to not warrant consuming a hotbar spot next to Will of the Heavens.

You know.....at times SoE gets my respect....then at times, like these, I lose all of it. Whats the point in raiding if you are just going to nerf the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] out of it. Yeah, 2 minute timer on a dispell.....now 25 min...Hope I don't need to use it. Must you put this stupidly long timer on every piece of armor with a clicky proc? Whats up with this? Why why why why why why why why why WHY. That is all I can say about everything almost that is changed in this game is WHY. Why do you think it needs to be changed, Why do you think it isn't working properly, why did you not test it properly before it went live, why do you not take feedback from test players, why do you make it so raiding is pointless, why, Why do you change things that have been out for so long. Whats next for the nerf bat.....

![]() You may as well tell them to take away Will of the Heavens.....dude, just stop cause you seem to have no clue, since you think it's a weapon..... If they didn't want people to cure themselves without a healer they wouldn't have potions that cure misc spell effects. |

I got the excarnate rickshaw last night, though I did go ahead and reserve a hotbar space for it. I "tried" throwing up Mountain Stance and Skin Like Mountain, and then attempted to remove the stun / root with the rickshaw. Needless to say, that didnt work, but it certainly would have made the 25 minute timer worth it. As it stands right now, I must say I continue to find it "quite bad", to quote my preself.

![]() Exactly. And take away our heal while you're at it. Oh, and take away all healer damage. Oh, and rig it so mages cannot melee. Oh, and take away a cleric's mit since he doesnt need to tank.

I mean seriously do you think that it warrants 25mins???? We dont even use it more then once a fight anyway, if we are solo fighting for more then 2mins we are as good as dead anyway more of less becasue if the mob has that much hp were [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ed. So bascially if we wanna use this in the next SEPERATE ENCOUTER we gotta wait another 24mins. You need to sack some ppl SOE, re-hire ftw. PVP = DIFFERENT SIDE TO EQ2, you might be a business with all your intrest in money but you made this game for pve, you made pvp becasue you were getting owned by WOW. Gear/spells/etc on pvp should NOT effect pve. It really isnt that hard to grasp is it? ![]() if SoE keeps up their destroying of the pve for the sake of the pvp, this game WILL die. the pvp game sucks due to the mechanics not being intended for pvp and therefor makes the whole pvp game a sinking ship. do NOT make the REAL game (PvE) suffer just because you're money hungry and greedy and want the kids from wow. many people play this game because it's pve. and if you continue to crap up the pve game, we will all most likely leave this game for something better. and just fyi SoE... cancelled accounts = monetary loss for you...

Totally [Removed for Content] off about this nerf. I used this hat now (that tsunami changed) to help compensate for that change. Then what? BLAM! Another nerf. What gives? 5 mins would be ok with me. This is even longer reuse timer than our group FD...come on SOE pull your heads out of your....whatever it is you have your heads shoved up.
