Level 40 Weapon help

In anticipation of hitting level 40 soon, I picked the following item up off the market:

Archaic Combine Greatstaff

11 Int, 18 Agi, 18 Str, 5 Sta, 69 Health, 66 Power, +4 Crushing

Effect: Pulsating Chain (Damage/Dot)

While I realize this is a pretty decent weapon, is it better than Royal Great Flail? And with the changes to dual wield, would wielding two dual wield fableds be better damage to go along with better stats?

Looking forward to opinions from my fellow monks!!

not to sound any way but... if i were in that situation..

I would get both. :smileyhappy:
