Ok I was told I could buy this in NQ but I have run all around NQ and have not found a vendor, I have asked in guild and OOC. Can anyone tell me where I can purchase this? Thanks!

It's actually located in the Eddar Grove, not in North Qeynos. I can't remember their names, but there's three spell merchants very close to each other who sell apprentice II's and all of your fun spells for 20, 40 and 50. Hope that helps. -Ilina |

u can find it in nq also...there is a person by a tree around the priest place. that is where i got my lvl 20 fun spell.
