I am currently a lvl 25 monk and was wondering where is the best place to lvl at for my lvl.
I killed yellow giants one after another with no downtime for like 2 hours and only got like 30%.
I was the MT and we had 3dps and 2 healers when i mean one after another i mean i was pulling adds while fighting one already.
Can anybody tell me if this is normal exp or do i need to go somewhere else besides Thundering steepes killing giants.

I suggest killing MoBs in conjunction with quests as the best way to level.  Just killing just for xps seems way slower to me overall than spending some time getting various quests.  One of the highest xp quest I did recently was the TS catalog quest.  I was nearly trivial for my 27th level monk and netted me 15% of a level.  Had to save a distressed merchant to be able to buy the book but after that it is pretty easy.

Head to RoV from 25-29, do the zek or EL access near 30 and then hit zek/EL at 29-30...those zones will keep you busy until near 40 with all the quests and xp'ing. By 35 you should have the Deathfist citadel or Runnyeye things completed and that'll be 2 more places you can go.
