What is better, adept 3 play dead or apprentice 4 stop heart?

I just got 42, bets I could get for stop heart is app4. Would I be better off still using play dead adept 3?

Personally I'd say no Blaze, do you use a macro which show's lvl of feign? that would be a good way to test IMO.
