Ok.. So I spend 2 weeks complete AQ1-6.. 1-5 one day each, the last one like a week to find a group. Each armor piece keeps getting better and better. Shoes are cool.. Arms look buff. My butt looks greatin the quest pants.I turn in my AQ6 today.ONE WEEK to SHOW OFF MY NIPPLES! I'm not even WEARING chest armor.. It's a TIE on my bare chest. Please for the love of all that is holy to Tunare, Innorruk, Karana, etc etc. CHANGE THE CHEST GRAPHICS.I don't even want to wear my AQ6 chest piece now that I look like some cheap stripper at a chip'n'dales. Whoever designed this should quit his plans of becoming a fashion designer before he embarasses himself further.-- Savat -- 24th Monk Faydark

My problem is that the pants look white until you get the chest piece. I don't wear the chest piece because I have a tailored chest piece that's better than the quest one. But now I have white poofy pants, pukish green arm wraps, and a yellow/orange chest piece.. yuck.. please make the pants puke coloured too, or the arm wraps white?

My guild has nicknamed me PJ, because I look like I'm chilling in my Pajamas. Sure they are yellow/green colored. But at least its better than mustard colored leather patches like the druids get.

I went through the hassle of convincing the heavy metal tanks to finally help me complete the armor quest and found that my female Kerran looked like something from the old Laugh-In show. I ditched the stuff as soon as I saw it. I'm wearing leather again... A waste of time and effort to get that hideous-colored offensive design... Who drew that crap?

Why can't the armor look like what the folks are wearing in the Elddar Grove? or like a more traditional Ghi and pants? Gods help us, what was the designer smokin' the day he drew and colored that crap?

Oh... and my guild called me the Disco Monk for the 2 hrs I actually wore the chest piece...

UGH!

Don't fight the Quest Armor, go with the flow.  :smileywink:
I like how they look color and all.  It's different.
Plate gets real dull when it is all you wear all the time and most everyone else is wearing it.  :smileysad:

I used to think the female version was kind of cute, until I started getting random flirts from strangers. This one tool of a pally actually followed me around spamming his flirt/drool emotes for a half hour. Thank you /ignore!

Actually, someone following you around like that is ingame harrassment. Be sure to do a /report (playername) showing the emote text in your chat window, then do a /petition describing the situation & mentioning the fact that you have filed a report. Harrassment is a bannable offense, & I'd say that cretin absolutely deserved to be banned.Other than the color, my gripe with the male top is that it covers too much. I think the huge belt looks ridiculous; let me show my abs! I also don't care for the big torc around the neck, but I could live with that. I really liked the old eq graphics for GL-style male monk armor; it was just a few thin straps on the chest & arms, but mostly bare.

Iksar don't have nipples, so I'm afraid no one will be seeing mine any time soon.  /sigh, I did so want to show off my nipples too. I don't mind the bare chest look, really. I mean... monks aren't going to be wearing heavy armor or anything. The color could use work (I'd prefer black myself) but it's not as bad as some of what I've seen.

:smileysurprised:
I think Iksar look very good in the monk armor!  The belt doesnt look so oversized on them to me.

Whats funny is only wearing the Chain weave legs anymore rest of my armor is upgraded. Well the pants show up as refugee island cloth tatters basically right now. SO people ask me all the time "Are you wearing any pants?"  Lol its kinda funny.  or the new one i heard last night "Umm is it bad when our tanks is wearing no pants?"  Good old refugee isle graphics on Chainweave legs with some BPs equiped hehehe
