Ratonga Berzerker

does the +2 def +2 parry racial trait preclude a ratonga from being a viable berzerker since they dont get the +5 def like the fae-dwarf-human-barb-troll-ogres? i saw that each aa spent on def only gives you 0.3 increase, so im guessing each defense point is VITAL at lvl 70?

Gear with +Defense is actually fairly easy to come by in T7.  Even if that were not true though you can pick any race and tank just fine at the higher levels.  No race stands out above the others as being "the best" in that regard.

That's great to hear. Moose is only lvl 19 on nagafen, but he's a pretty cool rat. I think im going to 70 with a berzerker and i didnt want to shoot myself in the foot from the begining.
