Where to train/buy skill level 3 abilites? Not NQ ...where?

I have a 25 zerk and notice that the NQ zerk trainer only has up to skill level 2 abilites to buy. Now, where can skill 3 abilities be bought?

Apprentice 3 and 4 skills are made by people who chose an alchemist as a tradeskill, and these can be bought from the broker(s), if you don't know an alchemist that can do it for you.

After apprentice 4 comes the adept's.

Adept 1's are dropped from mobs, and people sell them on the broker(s).

I don't know about Adept 2's...they maybe crafted.

Adept 3's are crafted by the alchemist.

After Adpet 3's come the Masters.

Master 1's are dropped from mobs, and people sell them on the broker(s).

Master 2's, as far as I know, can only be had from choosing them every 10 levels, starting at level 14, as a gift for leveling.

Don't waste your time with Apprentice 3 and 4 stuff. Go buy the adept 1's from the broker. And when you have harvested the rare rocks needed to make adept 3's (or have the money to buy the rocks from the broker), find an alchemist looking for work and pay them a few gold and the needed rare rock, to make you an adept 3.

Pretty good explanation, I think the guy that started designing the spell system quit Sony or something. Adept 2 used to be your gift at lvl 14,24,34,44,54,64 - but that has been changed to Master 2. At this time there is no such thing as Adept 2, Adept 4, Master 3, or Master 4. The rest of the info he gave is pretty darn solid. Buy all spells off broker at Adept one, pound stones or buy lvl specific rocks for adept 3's to be made by a Alchemist.
