Petitions aren't being answered in anything like a timely manner and people want to know where they stand. People ARE QUITTING THE GAME because of this. If some kind of communication (might want to look that up in a dictionary) is established, it might put innocent players minds at rest.The whole sledgehammer to crack a walnut thing is really awful though. I hope someone got fired for this. The level of stupidity involved is just incredible.
