I was not aware of that problem. And thats a HUGE problem. Thats a rediculous amount of CAs that don't proc it. The ones that don't do damage are understandable, though. However, any attack that inflicts damage, whether it was an existing line of skills or gained through an AA, should proc it without a doubt. No wonder so many complain, this isn't right.
