as a lvl 70 ranger i have  about 12 or 13 range...

as a lvl 70 ranger i have  about 12 or 13 range abilitys compared to like 6 or 7 melee attacks so yes we get alot more range attacks at higher level you will start getting a bunch around lvl...

I think you mean the strength line. The agility line reduces CAST time of your arts. Teh strength line reduces recast time of all arts with 2 minute or more cast times. For Rangers this means Snipers...
