Holy steed

I feel like an idiot for asking this because it is probably not hard to figure out but I cannot figure out how to get my Holy steed. Been to the trainers and scribes and haven't found it. Can anyone please help me? I just hit level 20 about an hour ago.Thanks!

<DIV>As I see your lvl 20 Paladin goto NQ near SQ gates and on hill youll see a trainer you can pay 14 silver or at least thats what it was for me and buy scroll called holy steed and scribe it and you have your horse.</DIV>
