Holy steed

I feel like an idiot for asking this because it is probably not hard to figure out but I cannot figure out how to get my Holy steed. Been to the trainers and scribes and haven't found it. Can anyone please help me? I just hit level 20 about an hour ago.Thanks!

Its on the Froglock Trainer in the Eddar Grove, He's in the Ruined Castle area.

I did same thing!

You can also get it from trainer in NQ, hes north-east area near the wall by a tree. 17silver.

I'm going to apoilgize before I even ask this stupid question, is their a way to get a horse without buying one from the stables? If so what city and who do I see to get it? Any help would be appreciated!!

As I see your lvl 20 Paladin goto NQ near SQ gates and on hill youll see a trainer you can pay 14 silver or at least thats what it was for me and buy scroll called holy steed and scribe it and you have your horse.
