On a lighter note.. Fighting animations

What is your favorite fighting animation?I do love the bo stick animations.. but my favorite has to be when wielding fist weaps or cestii in both hands doing the Pouncing Tiger line.. the complete jump spin in the air. Regular folks I group with love that animation as well.So what animation do you think is the best?Kharza 38 Monk Mistmoore

The 3rd 4th or 5th move in silent fist kata that unfortunately didn't make it to any of our other attacks.

<DIV>Take a look at that the lvl 35 attack from the side.  For the longest time I thought it was a flying spinning backfist type attack, but its actually a higher flying spinning kick. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for the mocaps, I was pretty disappointed with the multi attack animations as being just a series of punches.  During beta I chatted with one of the dev's about them and was told that they mocapped one of the guys who was a power ranger for a lot of the animations. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>While not particular to monks, I have to say I really dig the duel-wield taunt animation where you stop for a moment to stare the mob down and then make just a tiny little lunge at them as if to try and make the mob flinch.  Pretty creative and very entertaining. :smileyvery-happy:</DIV>

Does it share animations with any other attack? Pouncing Tiger with fists is a jump up spin backfist move... wondering if that's what y'all are talking about. And yeah that move is really cool. Looks like it wouldnt hurt more than a toxic feather though.</DIV>
