Berserker Class quest question

<DIV>So, i screwed up. I got to close to a mob while medding and didnt have enough power to fight them off althoug it was close. How do i get back to the instanced, should i go talk to the guy again? or go to the shattered vale manually and select instanced?</DIV>

<DIV>Just to get back to my question,  for further reference, you restart the instanced from talking to the NPC again, not going to the enterance to the zone.</DIV>

Most instanced zones, when you die, will give you the option when you right click the entrance to recover your shard without re-entering the zone.
