Berserker Class quest question

So, i screwed up. I got to close to a mob while medding and didnt have enough power to fight them off althoug it was close. How do i get back to the instanced, should i go talk to the guy again? or go to the shattered vale manually and select instanced?

ok... jsut a question...... Is there a way to change the stances that my beserker is in? as in offensive or defensive stances? or do they jsut stay the same?

Also, how do I make my own thread?

Just to get back to my question, for further reference, you restart the instanced from talking to the NPC again, not going to the enterance to the zone.

Most instanced zones, when you die, will give you the option when you right click the entrance to recover your shard without re-entering the zone.
