<p>Currently due to an error on the webpage I cannot register. Flying over from Dublin I would like to know if there is somwhat a reply regarding the registration stuff. I sent an email as suggested and waited for a few days now. </p><p> To be honest am disappointed that you ad on the european server, but cannot reply and poste a statement regarding this sign up error. It is a bit of planning and I would like o get some feedback.</p><p>Do you block euros, do you have a problem with the website or what's the story?</p>

What is the error you are receiving so I can send the info off.

<p>The last page in the registration process only refreshes after I tick the box (agree to terms above) and hit submit. On the bottom of the browser it reads Site error. I think in some other posting one mentioned java error. </p><p>I only heard this from european players so far, so it might related to the region we enter. I have tried various times with Firefox, IE 6.0, IE 7.0 from at least 4 different machines all the same error.</p>

We tried to register from England here today and we had the same problems.  You get to the final page, click accept on the terms and conditions then hit submit and it returns to the same page minus the submit or back a step button. It's very disappointing to say the least <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.

I'm beginning to think the registration page doesn't like us Euro people. The Netherlands here, and can't register either. Same problem.

That worked, Ashlanne. I put Canada in for the Country and the Region. I'm successfully registered now, thanks!

Surely that then goes against the TOC?  You know providing all information correct at time of entering, or is that not on those conditions. *shrugs* I mean im not complainining, it just dont seem right. I've not yet registered but Id like to put England in if I can at least.

<p>Hrmm, it's the billing page that's affected. I put in The Netherlands for my general account info, and put Canada on the billing page.</p><p> I am hoping it won't charge back though. Since basically that's wrong info for my card.</p>

I am having this problem and I live in the US.  Changing my billing country would probably seriously screw things up.  Is there anything else i can do?

We have 2 accounts and we registered them both. But heres our problem  1) when we looked under our server we only see 1 name but its on there twice. 2) we still haven't recieved an email conformation from SOE saying that we are registered. When we look under our billing history it shows that we have paid for it on each account. We have emailed SOE @ <a href="mailto:[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> about the problem but they still havent responed , so what do we do now?
