issue with second account

<p>Looking for a little assistance here please,  my second account was fine at about 1515EST today, I logged in to it from another PC at about 1830/1840EST today and all the bags have locks on them, Quest XP is turned off, all I can do is delete inventory from bags.</p><p>I checked multiple characters and they all behvae the same way on that account.  It is in fact a gold account until 5/7/2013.</p><p>Can anyone help me figure out what has transpired?</p><p>thank you.</p><p>*edit * both accounts are exhibiting this behavior.  unplayable.  first account is active gold as well - expires 4/21/13</p><p>Incident opened with TSR Oliver D. via chat and escalated (thanks Oliver!)</p>

<p>Might want to check that your second install (on the misbehaving PC) is fully patched.</p>
