View Full Version : Why am I being punished for being a long-standing Station Access Subscriber?

<p>New subscribers with "Gold" level accounts can purchase Character Transfer tokens in the Marketplace, and can Gift Marketplace items. I have been a Station Access subscriber for over 7 years and I can do neither. When I contact support they simply say I need to contact them directly to transfer a character, and that I cannot gift items... What's up with that? It seems like it should be an easy fix, yet this has been going on since the launch of DoV... Can someone explain why this is the case and why it cannot be addressed???</p><p>Thanks!</p>

It would probably be due to the P7s1 deal and how they have it set up for that deal.
