Launchpad trying to load 18GB when i have a FULL client installed

<p>After a 3 week break, i try to login to the game and it forces me to download 18GB of "assets"  (and yet i didnt opt for a stream mode game)</p><p>Launch Pad ini pad is forced to a   full:0</p><p>I have the full client instaled in my system and regardless i put</p><p>options=full:1</p><p>in the launchpad, it always changes to  full:0</p><p>This is getting ridiculous, several people have this problem and nothing is being done to solve it.</p>

<p>Sadly this is what happens when SOE shovels poorly programmed rubbish like this onto us,on this company could take an old admitidlly launcher and give us one thats a system hog and pulls tricks like this on us</p><p>Yes im having similar issues too.</p>
