Launchpad trying to load 18GB when i have a FULL client installed

After a 3 week break, i try to login to the game and it forces me to download 18GB of "assets" (and yet i didnt opt for a stream mode game)

Launch Pad ini pad is forced to a full:0

I have the full client instaled in my system and regardless i put

options=full:1

in the launchpad, it always changes to full:0

This is getting ridiculous, several people have this problem and nothing is being done to solve it.

Sadly this is what happens when SOE shovels poorly programmed rubbish like this onto us,on this company could take an old admitidlly launcher and give us one thats a system hog and pulls tricks like this on us

Yes im having similar issues too.
