Charactors not appearing on either of my accounts

<p>Both of my accounts say i have no characotrs on it, and i can't find the Help button on the new EQ2 webpage. Anyone know what to do?</p>

Anyone know what to do?</p></blockquote><p>What server did you play on before?</p><p>You are either on the wrong account or wrong region.</p><p>Splitpaw = Game version EU English</p><p>Everything else = Game version US English</p><p>You can change regions in your LP4 options menu.</p>
