Charactors not appearing on either of my accounts

Both of my accounts say i have no characotrs on it, and i can't find the Help button on the new EQ2 webpage. Anyone know what to do?

What server did you play on before?

You are either on the wrong account or wrong region.

Splitpaw = Game version EU English

Everything else = Game version US English

You can change regions in your LP4 options menu.
