I upgraded to silver but game doesnt show it

<p>Ok ive played eq2 since 2005 on and off, went to EQ2Xtended until the recent f2p...I get an email saying ive been upgraded to silver membership since ive been since 2005, i log into game this evening (dec 7th) to find 2 playable toons the other 7 all locked, my hi level necro and conjuror are locked because i have to rebuy DE and Conjuror that i had to buy in eq2xtended and im a bit upset or is this just the way it works?</p>
