I upgraded to silver but game doesnt show it

Ok ive played eq2 since 2005 on and off, went to EQ2Xtended until the recent f2p...I get an email saying ive been upgraded to silver membership since ive been since 2005, i log into game this evening (dec 7th) to find 2 playable toons the other 7 all locked, my hi level necro and conjuror are locked because i have to rebuy DE and Conjuror that i had to buy in eq2xtended and im a bit upset or is this just the way it works?

If you bought a particular race/class pack before you won't have to repurchase it. Contact our support staff directly as we can open the account up and find out whats going on.

Tech Support forums aren't really for billing related issues as I cannot see your Station Name, just your forum name, so I can't pull up any specifics on you.
