Hacked :(

<p>Ok, I rarely go to other sites, I don't do a lot of web surfing and yet I somehow got hacked again. That's twice in 14 months <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />    I don't get it - the pass I use for game is completely different than anything else I use. I use the Sony forums, occasionally hit EQ2 Traders and Everseek (but no log in for those) and don't download anything from e-mails or anything <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  I do my Facebook stuff on my phone -- so it's not something like that.</p><p>I have petitioned, of course, but it feels like someone came in my house, kicked my dog and smacked my kids <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  </p><p>What the hell am I doing wrong ???</p>

<p>I use AVG and also Microsoft Security Essentials.</p>

<p>At this point it is purely speculation going through the various ways this might have occurred.  Sit tight and our GM's will investigate and recover anything lost or stolen.  They may send you to us, tech/billing, to re-secure your account so expect a few days in process.</p>
