<p>What is the exact error message?  Does it simply say Unable to Connect?  If that is the case, let's start with checking a security setting that has been causing this to occur for many players.</p><p>Please click Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Scroll through the settings to the security section > Uncheck the box that reads "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" > Click Apply/OK.  Restart your LaunchPad and let me know if the issue persists.</p><p>Our server also logged some network security errors so make sure any antivirus is also disabled or any other security software suites.</p>
