Parental Control Password Preventing Resub

<p>I am trying to resub to EQ2, and I'm having an issue in that the "parental controls" password request keeps popping up. I never set up a password for parental controls (no one else has access to my account or my computer, so I didn't see the point).  I've reset my regular password, assuming maybe there was an issue.  When I try to sub, it asks for a parental controls password, which apparently does not match my regular password - since I NEVER SET ONE UP, I'm not sure what to do at this point, since I cannot sub without it!  Any thoughts?  I really kind of wanted to play tonight, but customer service isn't around until Monday, so I'm hoping a forum mod here or someone will have a suggestion.  I can't change or remove the parental control password without the "old" password...which I never set up! Confused.</p>

<p>I'm 38 years old, and I've been paying my own bills for years. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  And since I have no one to set controls on my account, and no reason (i.e. children) to set the controls myself, I'm not sure what's wrong here, but I'd like to get it fixed.</p>
