An error has occured in the script on this page

<p>After starting up the launcher, I get this pop up message thats says</p><p>"An error has occured in the script on this page"</p><p>Line 36</p><p>Char 5</p><p>"Query String is undefined"</p><p>The pop up message asks me whether I wish to continue running script on this page, I clicked yes, 2 more similar popup messages appears, after I clicked yes to all, the launcher seems to get stuck at the black screen and nothing happens.</p><p>I noticed this started happening after norton antivirus deleted a tracking cookie with the name :sonyeonlineentertainment</p><p>could this be the problem?</p><p>Please advise and help! Thanks!</p>

<p>same problem here.</p><p>I was playing for many hrs before I logged off for a 15mins break.</p><p>When I tried to log in again, that script-error message appeared.</p><p>I cant log in any more.</p>
