After starting up the launcher, I get this pop up message thats says "An error has occured in the script on this page" Line 36 Char 5 "Query String is undefined" The pop up message asks me whether I wish to continue running script on this page, I clicked yes, 2 more similar popup messages appears, after I clicked yes to all, the launcher seems to get stuck at the black screen and nothing happens. I noticed this started happening after norton antivirus deleted a tracking cookie with the name :sonyeonlineentertainment could this be the problem? Please advise and help! Thanks! |

same problem here. I was playing for many hrs before I logged off for a 15mins break. When I tried to log in again, that script-error message appeared. I cant log in any more. |
