log in problem

<p>I cant seem to log into my higher level characters, when I get to the add character to zone everquest locks up and then I have to shut it down.  I can log into my other account and I can log into my lower level characters but the ones in the latest expansion I  cant.   Anyone know what the problem seem to be.</p>

<p>Which specific zones are you attempting to access?  What server do you play on?</p>

<p>Server is Mistmoore on one account I can log in without problems but my other account 2 of my characters are in stonebrunt and when I get to adding character to zone the game crashes.  With one of my lower level characters on that account I can log in to and they are in splitpaw.  Same computer.</p>

<p>Try deleting the following file located in your EverQuest II folder, Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.in i.  Do this for each character you are having issues with.</p>
