Elemental Blast no longer Double Attacks?

<p>It might possibly be related to ACT not being updated and therefore not parsing Spell Multi Attack properly. So if someone can find proof either way that it's Multi Attacking or not, that would be good.</p>

<p>I posted a rather simple and un-assuming post titled "Elemental Blast broken" in the spells forum, feel free to keep it bumped.</p><p>If this turns out to be an intended stealth nerf, by all means, let the hate flow, but for now, let's assume that something was broken accidentally and force them to answer.</p>
