Elemental Blast no longer Double Attacks?

Huh, My inquisitor buddy got insta killed by a double attack EB today in BGs for 28k.

It might possibly be related to ACT not being updated and therefore not parsing Spell Multi Attack properly. So if someone can find proof either way that it's Multi Attacking or not, that would be good.

i registered double attacks for Storm of flames and Fury of the elements.

Elemental Blast does not double attack.

Its nerfed.

I posted a rather simple and un-assuming post titled "Elemental Blast broken" in the spells forum, feel free to keep it bumped.

If this turns out to be an intended stealth nerf, by all means, let the hate flow, but for now, let's assume that something was broken accidentally and force them to answer.

I would post on it, but franky; I haven't tested it myself. I'm pretty sure this was working on test, so I don't think it would be intended.... If it is, that's pretty shady.

not saying I don't believe you.. just don't want to cry wolf yet.

Did you update ACT?

It no longer double attacks because it now MULTI-ATTACKS.

just ran cella 30 mins ago and EB double attacked perfectly fine.

I am using the newest ACT.
