Mitigation Changes to all fighters

<p>Wasn't there on test a bug that was fixed that was giving higher mitigation then intended causing all fighters in having there mitigation lowered or corrected?</p><p>Im guess this was left out of updates to live servers, has this been put live or left out?</p>

Thats what i thought, i wish they would have given guard some DPS love. My guard will stay in the shelf
