Mitigation Changes to all fighters

Wasn't there on test a bug that was fixed that was giving higher mitigation then intended causing all fighters in having there mitigation lowered or corrected?

Im guess this was left out of updates to live servers, has this been put live or left out?

They're in no rush to implement that, because it requires a massive rework of content.

Thats what i thought, i wish they would have given guard some DPS love. My guard will stay in the shelf
