please get rif of the hacker :( he stole 2/6 of my accounts and many of my friends accounts...

<p>this is very annoying, i have just come back to holiday to find out that 2 of my accounts have had there password changed and email changed (i beilive them to be stolen atm), i cant login or do anything with them. also a few of my friends of splitpaw server have had this issue to and it would seem that there is a hacker on the server. aka he logs on strips the user of everything loots the guild bank, deletes the characters and sends the gold somewhere.</p>

Mon - Fri 10 AM to 7 PM pacific</p><p>2. run a full scan on your computer, there is a pretty good possiblity there is a keylogger or a trojan on it. Best bet is to your a online scanner like House call from Trend Micro or the one frm bit defender. Alos run the rootkit ditector from Trend Micro</p><p>99 percent of the account information gets distributed via a key logger,  a trojan, using the same style user name and password on a third party forum, handing out logon information to friends, guild members, etc</p>

<p>"The hacker" Isn't something SOE can get rid of. They are not responsible for viruses and key loggers on your computer. Which is what causes your account to get hacked.  </p>
