this is very annoying, i have just come back to holiday to find out that 2 of my accounts have had there password changed and email changed (i beilive them to be stolen atm), i cant login or do anything with them. also a few of my friends of splitpaw server have had this issue to and it would seem that there is a hacker on the server. aka he logs on strips the user of everything loots the guild bank, deletes the characters and sends the gold somewhere.

1. contact customer support - upper right corner, Search the Knowledge bass. Mon - Fri 10 AM to 7 PM pacific

2. run a full scan on your computer, there is a pretty good possiblity there is a keylogger or a trojan on it. Best bet is to your a online scanner like House call from Trend Micro or the one frm bit defender. Alos run the rootkit ditector from Trend Micro

99 percent of the account information gets distributed via a key logger,  a trojan, using the same style user name and password on a third party forum, handing out logon information to friends, guild members, etc

"The hacker" Isn't something SOE can get rid of. They are not responsible for viruses and key loggers on your computer. Which is what causes your account to get hacked.
