Installer problems

<p>i had the game running fine then i uninstalled due to error and im trying to reinstall it again</p><p>but the installer runs and sticks on the opening screen where is says SOE and dosnt move on from there</p><p>please advise asap as i went to get bk into the game.</p><p>tks in advance</p><p>btw im using windows 7 and the game was running fine uptil yesterday, but all of a sudden its stopped working</p>
