Installer problems

i had the game running fine then i uninstalled due to error and im trying to reinstall it again

but the installer runs and sticks on the opening screen where is says SOE and dosnt move on from there

please advise asap as i went to get bk into the game.

tks in advance

btw im using windows 7 and the game was running fine uptil yesterday, but all of a sudden its stopped working

im having the same problem as the guy in this thread...and ive tried all the following and its still not working..
