<p>Swashbucklers get class specific feathered hats, if you want a hood your options are limited to certain items in the game that give that appeareance or roll an Assassin since that is their class specific hat.</p>

<p>Absolutely, I have one of the helms that give a hooded appearance that I use off and on in my appearance slot when I want that look.</p>
