Error on launch please help!!

<p>This looks like it could be a driver issue or DirectX API issue.  I'd recommend making sure you have the latest driver version from NVIDIA.  If that doesn't fix it, try installing the latest DirectX 9 runtime.  If that still doesn't fix it, try reverting to a previous version of your NVIDIA drivers.</p><p>Make sure to do a clean uninstall of any existing drivers and reboot your computer before attempting to install new drivers.</p>

<p>Does anyone know of some 800 # for Customer support so I can actually talk to some one?</p><p>I fired up my account a week ago and have not been able to get ingame. Support forums are not of help in this situation.</p><p>Thank you!</p>
