I have tried updating drivers, etc.

I have a i7 with a 8800 GT card

Please help as this old man yures to return to Norrath!!

This looks like it could be a driver issue or DirectX API issue.  I'd recommend making sure you have the latest driver version from NVIDIA.  If that doesn't fix it, try installing the latest DirectX 9 runtime.  If that still doesn't fix it, try reverting to a previous version of your NVIDIA drivers.

Make sure to do a clean uninstall of any existing drivers and reboot your computer before attempting to install new drivers.

Yup did all you guys said to do, which was just a clean reinstall of both the game and drivers.

Does anyone know of some 800 # for Customer support so I can actually talk to some one?

I fired up my account a week ago and have not been able to get ingame. Support forums are not of help in this situation.
